PetriplotA place to call yours.
Petriplot is an experiment: a small digital city that grows with the people who build on it. These terms set out what a plot is, and what it is not.
An experiment, shaped by its community
- Petriplot started as an experiment and is driven by its community of Plotizens. What gets built next follows what they do and ask for.
- Because it is an experiment, features, looks and prices may change, and Petriplot may pause or stop. Plots last for as long as Petriplot runs.
- There are no guaranteed results. A plot is a digital profile, not physical property or an investment, and it does not promise visitors, traffic, sales or any financial return.
Your plot
- $5 gets you a numbered plot with one floor and 12 colour choices.
- You can pick any free plot shown in the city; otherwise you get the next free number, and numbers fill the street from the centre outward. The city has no fixed size: it grows with every new plot.
- Each additional floor costs $5, up to 100 floors ($500 in total).
- Launch price: until 31 October 2026 (Singapore time) or the 100th paid plot, whichever comes first, a plot with one floor costs $1 and floors 2 to 50 cost $2 each; floors 51 to 100 cost $5. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- A published building also grows a free floor for every 25 cheers it receives, at most one a week and 10 in all, up to 100 floors. Grown floors are a community bonus, not a purchase: they add height only, and they go if the building leaves the city.
- All prices are in US dollars. Your card issuer may convert them to your own currency.
- Architecture unlocks at floor milestones. Your first design at each newly unlocked stage is included, plus one free design switch per plot. Later architecture or facade changes will need a renovation fee, which is not available yet.
- Colour, logo, profile and website edits are always free.
- Your address stays yours when you change building styles. No one can force a resale; transfers and resale are not offered.
- The first 50 paid plots carry a Founding badge.
Payments
- Ownership begins only once payment is confirmed. A failed or cancelled payment gives no ownership.
- Saved designs do not reserve a plot. Checkout holds your plot for five minutes, then closes.
- Stripe processes card payments. Petriplot keeps payment references, never card details.
- Test payments never create real plots.
Purchases are final
- Plots, floors and plane banners are not refunded, except where the law requires.
- If a plot payment is refunded in full or reversed anyway, the building leaves the city, its number is freed for the next owner and your design stays in My plots as a saved draft.
Plane banners
- Owners of a published plot can fly a message of up to 32 characters behind the plane: $20 for one day, $50 for three days or $100 for seven.
- Banner days run from midnight to midnight (UTC+8). Up to three banners share each day, and the plane takes turns between them.
- Each banner links to the buyer’s plot. Checkout holds your days for five minutes, then closes.
- Banners follow the same content rules as buildings, and Petriplot may remove one that breaks them. Test payments never fly.
Your content
- Only publish words and images you have permission to use.
- No impersonation, malware, scams or unlawful material.
- Reported plots may be hidden during review; serious misuse can lead to suspension.
- You can edit or unpublish your building in My plots.
